What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for custom branded drinkware is 50 units per design. However, for certain premium items or unbranded stock, we may be able to accommodate smaller quantities. Please contact us for a specific quote.
What branding options do you offer?
We offer a variety of professional branding techniques including Laser Engraving (permanent and premium), UV Printing (full color), Silk Screen Printing (cost-effective for simple logos), and Pad Printing (for curved surfaces).
Do you provide physical samples?
Yes, we can provide a pre-production sample with your logo for a nominal fee, which is often refundable upon confirmation of a bulk order. We also sell unbranded samples if you just want to check the quality.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
For custom branded orders, the standard lead time is 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. Unbranded stock can typically be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight and volumetric dimensions of your order.
Can you help with the design of our logo on the bottle?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can help create a digital mockup of your logo on the selected drinkware to ensure it looks perfect before production begins.
Are your products food-safe and BPA-free?
Yes, all our drinkware products are made from food-grade materials (such as 304 stainless steel) and are 100% BPA-free, ensuring safety and compliance with health standards.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, most of our premium items come in individual boxes. We can also provide custom gift boxes or sleeves with your corporate branding for an additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept corporate bank transfers (IBG/Instant Transfer) and cheques. Payment terms may be available for established corporate clients subject to approval.
Can I mix different colors in one order?
Yes, you can usually mix colors within the same model to meet the MOQ, provided the print design remains the same color and size across all items.
